This week's words are
indifferent
pour
reason
Bone picks good words. I am curious to see how these were treated by the other 3WW writers. The only note is that I chose to assign indifferent four syllables even though when I say it it usually sounds like three.
they pour from courthouse
indifferent to justice
minds stripped of reason
they want a new war
indifferent to the truth
reason blood may pour
pour reason on me
until I'm indifferent
stop talking, you win

All speak much truth. The first two are so relevant to our current lives
I liked the last one. But the other two are very relevant.
I'm a fan of the last one. It seems to speak to me the most.
The first one - hands down.
Love it, Pete. I can just about see the scene.
The honesty in these is astounding -
liked the first one, with you on two, loved three...
i like what you have going on on your other blog....very, very interesting...i have to stop in now and begin reading on the unlucky 26.
The first one is so relevant with the Supreme Court ruling and the vigilante in Texas. Nice haiku.
excellent. i was just noddingmy head throughout. :)
oh i love that last one.. been exactly there ,, more than once actually.....
I like the second one.
Hope you have a great July 4th!
I find your haiku always a delight to read.
"brew, pour, sip, wake, write" is how I start each day. ;)
Wow, lovely.. esp the 1st and 2nd...
Well spoken! I have never had much luck writing haiku, but you make it seem so effortless. My favorite one was the second one. Great writing!
