Thanks for the spelling correction, BT. I was photoblogging from the location, so I didn't have a spell checker.
Thanks for visiting, DP! We walked along the river for about two miles, I guess. Loaded with geese. It was really quite pretty, even in the dead of winter with the leaves off the trees.
McKoala, I think the river is Chattahoochee. Chattahoochie may be what occurs when a drunk businessman tries to pick up a Hooters waitress after his three martini lunch.
Gypsy woman told my mother. Before I was born. Gonna be a boy paca coming. Gonna be a son of a gun. Gonna make pretty womens Jump and Shout And the world's gonna know What it's all about. Cause you know I'm here Yeah, everybody knows I'm here. I'm the Chattahoochie Chattacoochie Man. Everybody knows I'm here.

Technically, it should be "Mark way down yonder on the Chattahoochee." But I don't know Mark, so maybe he doesn't roll like that.
I've been to the "chattahoochie" many many times - 'round here we just call it the river. Now I have that song in my head.
I have no idea what it is, but it sounds rude.

DP, that's Alan Jackson's tune, right?
Well I never! You learn something new every day. I like the chatting up the Hooters waitress explanation!
paca,
I love that little ditty you did.
Pete,
Who's Mark?
Mark is one of my earlist friends, from second grade. I haven't seen him in years, but I had a chance to catch up when I was in Atlanta.
Pete,
That's great!
