Haiku Wednesday - 99 cent edition

This week's words are appear, dose, pierce
Can't believe it's August already. My news is that, thanks to the illustrious badass writer/publisher Phoenix Sullivan, I have a story for sale on Smashwords (and Amazon and other places.) If you want it for free, email me and I'll send you the coupon code. I only ask that you write a review and/or purchase the full anthology with stories from 18 other authors.

appear, unwanted
a dose of truth sometimes hurts
cold eyes pierce your soul

crave your morning dose
cell phone shrieks pierce train's rumble
dreams appear distant

thin shadows appear
sun's rays pierce the foul twilight
small dose of spring's hope

Have the anthology and hope to read them all this weekend.

Congrats on having your story out there in both forms!

I like the first and third pieces the most. Very good work.

lovely and congratulations.

Sarah, thank you! I hope you like the anthology. I reccomend NOT reading it front to back like I did but rather mix up one from one category, then one from another, etc. Otherwise, the stories in each category tend to feel too familiar after a bit.

Angel, thank you!

Sheilagh Lee, thanks for the kind word and the congrats!
